No it is not the case...every links counts.. if the corresponding content is good and unique it will surely get indexed

Trust me, nothing will work. Either you have to wait for a long time or try any paid indexer which works. There are lots of discussion about which indexer is performing well in recent time. Read those and try one.

Wait 2 weeks to see if Google find them naturally or If the backlinks still aren't indexed then submit them to a tool like Indexification or OneHourIndexing or share social media
