Right, it was quite a difficult job to find a domain to match the niche that had some PR that wasn't going to cost me more than the reg fee. I managed to find a nice aged domain on expireddomains.net for the cost of the reg fee $10.87 (lets round that up to $11) for the domain registration. The domain according to opensiteexplorer has a DOMAIN AUTHORITY 13 /100 PAGE AUTHORITY 22 /100 so not too bad the whois and archive.org date is from 2003 so a nice aged domain that should hopefully take a bit of a beating with SEO. I am now off to find some decentish hosting ill have a look in the BST's but I may settle for an external hosting just to protect the site and interest ill probably update again later today.

Still waiting on the content at the moment but I did order that on the weekend so I assume its 48 Business Hours for delivery very much looking forward to that as the content was well written in the samples.

Cost updates so far:

Current Costs
15 Keywords: $80
5 Articles: $25
domain reg.com: $11

Earnings: $0

Hey datguru, looks like things are going great. Who did you order the content from?

I look forward to seeing how the keywords rank!

Hi Ardley,

Thanks for checking back in I ordered the content from ScrapeBoss http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...-uniquecontentfactory-com-bonus-articles.html. I will order a few ore articles from other places soon as well just looking for a decent host (may host it myself yet not sure) and a decent theme to match the niche :).

Edit: Right found some SSD hosting for $10 a year. With the option of a dedicated IP for SSL if I ever need it.

Current Costs

ScrapeBoss got back in touch yesterday and had missed my PM so he hoping to have the articles over to me some point today. If they are as good as the samples i may forget what I said earlier and just order them all from scrapeboss as he's very well priced (sorry if your not a he!). Then the plan is to release those articles a day at a time. Does anyone think that its super important to have a premium wordpress theme or is it okay to go for a free theme?

Cheers for now.

Don't give up, be relentless and do not forget to update this thread :) good luck mate !

Thanks SomeDevil I'm going to try and not let the journey burn out. Once ive got all the content in place etc it will be a waiting game and updating game of (hopefully) earnings.

I think for the wordpress site im not going to opt for a theme as such im going to use WebDevs Wordpress Silo Theme I contacted WebDev via PM as I had seen that hes made lots of useful posts about siloing and I thought that it would be a good time to attempt a silo site as part of this journey. If your interested in the Silo plugin you can go here for more info www.siloplugin.com (again with all these services I am not affiliated in any way)

So the plan for this week is to get the silo structure setup using the keywords from ardley I may need to add a few more (even though I should have some nice LSIs in there as ardley provides some lovely LSI KWs with the main content).

So the idea for the SILO is to use the main broad theme that ardley picked for me lets call it TVs.

Then I am going to create 3 Silo Landing pages I think as I have 15 KWs from Ardley hopefully that should work nicely.

Lets use the example of "Types of TV", "TV Controllers" and "TV Stands"

Then inside of these Landing Pages is where your posts or articles would be.

So and ill just do one example:

"Types of TV" may have:
Plasma TVs
LCD TVs
LED TVs
Cuved TVs
4k HD TVs

Then what Webdevs plugin will do is ensure that I have a good mechanical silo structure and keep all that link juice going around in the silo. Quite excited really!. I am hoping that combined with ardleys KW research and Webdevs Silo structure I should have an awesome base. The next step is to find that good off page SEO service :).

Cheers for now.

Right purchased the Silo Plugin, so an update on costs are:

Current Costs
15 Keywords: $80
5 Articles: $25
domain reg.com: $11
Year SSD hosting: $10
Wordpress Silo Theme: $57

Total: $183 so far = (1.5 nights out getting drunk :))

Earnings: $0

Right got the 5 articles from scrapeboss they are very good especially for the cost the TAT was a bit longer than I expected but I think its worth the wait vs cost. So I have asked ScrapeBoss for a TAT on 10 more articles and then it will be on to link building. The site isn't indexed in google yet unfortunately :( but Im going to get a few SAPE links sent at the articles and using the Silo site it should hopefully give it a nice bit of link juice.

Seems you got a pretty tight plan! That's step #1. Keep on executing it, and good luck :)

Thanks SpookSEO.

Right ordered 10 more articles from ScrapeBoss should be here by Sunday Ive also got 3 PR4 SAPE Links going to the site going to try very little off page SEO and see how well the Silo structure performs.

Updated Costs:
Current Costs
15 Keywords: $80
15 Articles: $75
domain reg.com: $11
Year SSD hosting: $10
Wordpress Silo Theme: $57
SAPE Links From Fiver: $5
