Im ranking on google same like and other website with SEO, Yes google delete my links each day from google search but im creating new sites almost every week.
I explain all of this few posts before please read tread from beginning.

Almost all sites use tmdb so there's no problem with that, i have posted few hosts you can read in previous post replies.
I just ignore people that say it's not possible, because they dont know what they are talking about

About hosting just search on google you will find your answer just read the reviews (hint : best offshore hostings are in russia) I dont work on specific keyword i work on all keywords
, there's no chance to avoid google ban.I think that is safe for now but it's better to use other layer of protection before you log in to google vm, yes it's cheap and superfast but still you need to pay with paypal or card and i dont recommend to be done with your personal info.

1. I have no skills to make my own Hydrax type of solution. What would be a fair number
of hours to budget for if I decided to outsource it? What coding language(s)/knowledge/experience
should an outsourced hire excel at?
2. What format of videos work best? Most of the movies I get are are mkv. Would there be
any benefit to converting to MP4 or another format before uploading to the host?
3. Do file sizes and bitrates make a difference in the viewing experience? With 720p movies there
are often size ranges from 2gb - 6gb for the same title, would you recommend sticking to the smallest
720p rips that can be found or is there an advantage to the larger, higher quality 720p's?

Google ban everything related to piracy, but you can rank there on few weeks / months and make good $$$

For every program code there is simple and hard solution so the cost depends how much effort is needed to make id done, it can cost from 150 - 1000+ i cant say the real price, in fact hydrax is very simple but smart code
.Mp4 and Mkv are almost simple so there's no any big diference for streaming. 720p movies for streaming are around 700mb / 1gb.
Yes size and bitrate make big difference if connection or server are slow.

Google have API almost for everything
Im building new site on new domain, that's the only solution.
There are many people on this and few other forums that sell accounts and accept btc as payment option.
