How do you drive traffic from Twitter to your sites? Follow/unfollow or more?

You wrote you are getting 30-100K people per day? Did i understand you right? Such amount of traffic sounds fantastic, honestly.
And thats all from 200 accounts and you started this only 2 months ago?

I have 20 accounts with total of ~150K followers and maximum i could get from them - 4000 people per day. But they already have total of followers more than 100K. And i also tweet *viral titles* .

Smth shady in this story, at least Op doesnt mention any big issues with PVA's. But nowadays Twitter is very agressive, i didnt follow for 1 year, just didnt touch my accs, only tweeting and when i wanted to continue their growing and start follow/unfollow again i got instant PVA's in 15 seconds.
