my ad account is disabled

so please contact FB support, and ask them to appeal your account, if you don't violate any policy the account will be back

Maybe your account doesn't violate the policy, but maybe you accidentally click on violating links, for example. but try to account resistance. good luck

Quit this account and buy another account of agents in the community. There's no point in appealing, it's just a waste of time

you can talk with facebook support, ask for a personal guidelines they will guide you what heppend and how can you able ads account! or you can try registering your ads account by submitting ID card photo
 
FB uses vague policy violations when you're not spending enough. FB does not want to allocate resources to build data and train the models for your campaign, when your competitors are willing to spend 10s of thousand per week. Hence they slap you with vague policy violations to stop you.
