I think you need to use ad accounts with old spending history to limit the ability to disable

Facebook blocked around 100 accounts of mine, this is normal. You need to prepare for it because the area of the company that blocks it is not the same as the one that unblocks it. Try talking to your Facebook specialist if they gave you one, they can't help too much but sometimes they speed it along.
 
Once you have contacted fb support, you can wait within 2 days for them to contact you, wait
