My account was restricted then reactive

Hello guys I was restricted by clickbank I contact support them they ask me to delete certain post as it is spam against their tos and someone report me this one is not from the site I publish in ( this site is web 2.0) like others so this person report me and talk to cb as he is the admin . When I send to the web 2.0 they told me never send to cb .
for me so with this post I include opt-in form to capture visitors send them free report follow up with them .
When I ask cb to tell me about who report me they refuse for the privacy .
Now one of two maybe the reporter is a competitor or visitor that want free e-book
I am afraid they reactivate my account but told me if they have another spam complaint they will report for ever sorry for long story but plz help me
How I can protect my self in future from being reported and be safe I already take off the opt-in from my site because it seems that any one report from out they restrict accounts.
I want to send them (can administration )the emails and auto responders to them or talk in away they respect me over 7 years and want them to warn me before anything . Because haters can do this to me also .

Can I mask the affiliate link or not
N.b I did not do any spam with my subscribers I doubt that they did this to me as sitelock send to me that this post on my site spam subscribers advice plz .

Some subscribers want free e-book I promote it so they report me to clickbannk just want to be safe

God.... clickbank has gone mad.

They used to allow any blackhat method but email spam and now they block accounts for silly excuses.

If the person don't want to receive promotional emails there is an link in the bottom to remove themselves from the email list.Prove you case to get back your account.
