These past few days my account has been getting status 956 a lot, is there any way to fix it?

To save your time, find a new account to use first. Meanwhile you can send a request to hope that it will be back. As long as you have the reasonable reason and information, it think it's possible.
 
How to unlock Facebook 956 temporarily locked:
Step 1: Log in to Facebook - Press the Start button.
Step 2: Select the 3 horizontal bars in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Continue to select Policy and reporting - Report a problem with Facebook.
Step 4: Scroll down to the Send us feedback section and select Report a problem to report a problem.
Step 5: Continue to scroll down and select the line Learn what to do when blocked from using a feature, account is disabled or having trouble logging in.
Step 6: After clicking on the above line, Facebook will navigate you to an interface, follow the instructions in the Recover Facebook account section. Note that you should use the phone or computer that you have logged into Facebook before.
Step 7: After Facebook successfully verifies, you will have to reset your account. Select Next to start recovering.
Step 8: Select the Email or phone number you want to remove. If you do not want to remove, you can choose Do not remove any information to continue.
Step 9: Set a new password for the account and click Save changes. So you have successfully unlocked Facebook.
 
You should replace it with a new account, then after a while it will come back. And avoid changing id too much
 
Please use a fixed proxy ip to avoid frequent ip changes. In your case, it should be replaced with a new account, after a while it will return.

hic, quite disappointed with fb. making lots of mistakes all day long

I log in to a single account, and on my PC I often work, but I don't understand why this happens?

Access the phone's browser to use, this will identify the user's mobile data and will be safer
