Sometimes this kind of fluctuation will happen. It may be due to the Google update and they may update any articles on their site. You need to wait for some time. Make sure your site is not affected by the updates. Also, keep your site updated and build links from quality sites. If needed, check your backlinks to identify the broken/spam links. If you find anything suspicious, disavow them.
