Hello my name is Bret, Ive been studying affiliate maketing for the past year but I have zero experience. I am determined to make it in some type of affiliate marketing, have too much invested to turn back now. I have questions but dont want to step over anybodies boundaries or get ahead of myself.

There are plenty of skilled affiliate marketers here who can help you turn that education into results.

Take a look at this sub-forum: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/affiliate-programs.15/ and read as much as you can and then post a thread with your questions in the same sub-forum (not in Introductions).

Also read through a lot of the "My Journey" threads. It always helps me to see how other people are faring.

well I bought a years worth of hosting with wordpress and Ive set about about 5 sites and Im getting alittle traffic but zero conversions, Im not sure but i must have something wrong.

Well go through some of the keyword research tutorials available on the forum and see if you havent messed up your research thing

Are you writing the content yourself or you outsourced the current sites content?

You need to learn more about Conversion Rate Optimization

Go through Charles Ngo's, Iamattila and Matuloo affiliate marketing blogs

Yes Ive got a headache from just how much info there is out there, Im dizzy from reading in so many different directions, Ive spent just about all I have to spend and Im still unsure of weather I started in then right place or not. I bought "simple site big profits" and feel even more lost.

You have to put in practise what you read.
Failure is your best friend.
I am currently doing twitter adult and crakevenue. First I learned the basics for about one week. The a red some journeys . Journeys are very important bc uou learn the mistakes before doing them and learn what works and whatI not.
They test, test ,fail , test and test again.
I know get 300 cliks per day on avarage with. 7k followers and 2 months of easy work.

Welcome bro in bhw. I did some course for affliate marketing ;) Its cool.
 
Failure is a stepping stone. To be successful, you have to first taste failure. My 2 cents: Promote products that are solutions to embarassing problems.
