It depends by the site, i am a big fan of w3 Total cache but you need a knowledge to install it. Newbie friendly are wp rocket and autoptimize but they lack some features to make them awesome.And which would be your recommendation for this? Thanks.
after my web designer re-designed my blog and installed a new theme, i must always purge cache to refresh blog.
anytime i make post or make any changes in my blog i must always purge cache to update changes.
before now, i dont purge cache to update settings/changes.
is this normal or the problem is from the theme??
purge cache will display you latest changes, and for global update purge cache is more faster then general updates
