must i purge cache ???

I don't know if I can attach an image here to show you the things it does. Will be against BHW rules?

And which would be your recommendation for this? Thanks.
It depends by the site, i am a big fan of w3 Total cache but you need a knowledge to install it. Newbie friendly are wp rocket and autoptimize but they lack some features to make them awesome.

Use 1 cache plugin at a time to avoid compatibility issues. They share several common features and that could be causing trouble. Check if removing 2 cache plugins solved the problem for you.

after my web designer re-designed my blog and installed a new theme, i must always purge cache to refresh blog.

anytime i make post or make any changes in my blog i must always purge cache to update changes.

before now, i dont purge cache to update settings/changes.

is this normal or the problem is from the theme??

purge cache will display you latest changes, and for global update purge cache is more faster then general updates

This is not what i'm talking about, i'm saying that even if i make post or any update or changes in my blog, i will always have to purge cache to see post or update in other browser.
