Yeah, I'm still not sure if he just means spam bots, or all automation. Like news sites auto tweet their news. It's not spam, it's just automated tweets.

There will undoubtedly be many changes and what I feel is Elon wanted to secure his company's advertising by making sure he was never banned from the platform. Although there can be any changes made by the man.

I think the initial deal is set to collapse and he'll end up getting it at a bargain basement price. He can take the 1B break up fee hit and make another offer for 15B-20B less.
