music re upload channel with 1 billion views?

There all different artistis and Slideshows I looked in the description and one video with 300m views does not even say the music is copyrighted althought it shows annotations in different languages by and like 10 different names that are not English.

It can be recording studio or publishing studio. There are a lot of studio on YouTube. They have publishing or recording rights.

No I've found several channels with 100m+ views with random names followed by a bunch of random numbers. No channel branding or anything. So I think could be specific genres where the artists don't care I'm not sure will do some more research

Are you sure the channel gets the money? The artist could just claim the monetization so they get the money and exposure, but the channel gets the views.

IDK I think YouTube would just ban them if that were the case without giving them an option to give the money away

Sometimes the company can elect to just leave the content up, I used to post NBA highlights and they just took the money and never ran into ban issues

YouTube has a list of copyright professional music you can use and it tells you if the company will run ads on your videos or what.

So when you upload any video with these songs, you will get a copyright notice and it will tell you that the owner is getting any revenue from the ads. Some of the songs are fully blocked, so you need to individually check the policies of each song.
