Multiple Wordpress on one install (eg MU)

Hello

I have about 20 different niche domains for which I want websites - all using wordpress as a base.

I'de like..

1. a fast way do do the installs
2. nothing that effects SEO badly
3. possibility to "separate" the sites at a later date if I ever wish to sell

Would installing WP3 be a good idea & run them all from the one install?

I have never done this!

You can use the guide for autoblog system X, it explains how to build multiple autoblog. But your hosting need to have a lot of memory. 32 MB memory execution limit is not enough.
