Like I Have the Same Bussiness on one Hosting Both Are E-commerce based same categories, same product's even same content it's hurt SEO?

It's simple. 1 hosting package, multiple domains and duplicate content.

Obviously this wil hurt your sites. Even if you hosted them on different hosting providers. Duplicate content is never good.

It's duplicate content, your sites will get penalty and more sites will not work in this case
 
Yes it can hurt your site. On a same hosting with same contents not helpful at all.
 
Hosting on same is not a problem, but if you want to rank it on search engines then it will be a major problem. Duplicate content no use at all.
 
Definitely it gonna affect your site. so don't use same content. Instead of using the copy paste content you can spin it and then use.
Best Preference use the Unique content to improve your SERP .
 
SEO will definitely affect but may be negligible if your other factors of SEO are done and working good..

Site speed will also affect as the server bandwidth will be shared by all the visitors of all the sites hosted in that server.
 
Duplicate content is never good. Try altering the text/descriptions.

I found that when I had multiple websites that linked to and promoted one another (separate businesses, but same umbrella organization), the content that was duplicated made for a very confusing result when certain terms were searched on google. It returned multiple seemingly similar websites, but with very different domain names and focuses. I realized that it was leaving people confused and unsure of which site to interact with.
 
I Found Some twist in it, when i had multiple business same umbrella the Website A is already ranking and website B Links goes invisible i don't know what is this, after some time website B Links comes up but website A links goes invisible
