Using TOR Browser is Pretty Good Idea It's Not Store Cache & Cookies But Still You Need Proxies Or VPN If Making Web 2.0 Properties Too Frequently Just For The Safe Side

You may not be able to create many account on a singe platform with the same IP address. You can be blacklisted especially so if you do it the same day or so.
