Multiple Facebook Pages Best Practice

Whats the best practice
using 1 facebook account and 10+ pages?
or
creating 10+ facebook accounts and running 1 page per account?

the pro's and cons i see:
1 account:
Pros:
only 1 ad account needed
Easy to Multi-Page post
Cons:
If one page gets banned, theyre all gone

10 accounts:
pros:
if one gets banned, the rest remain
cons: more lengthy/time consuming setting up ads and posts.

any info i should know/think about?
