Seriously guys...fresh Tel No with each ID as they won't allow it otherwise and if for some very rare example that you do...it would create linkage and you'd run the risk of losing both. The Photo can be used again if it cleaned properly and all meta data removed.

I already do that before, i have access to a lot of IDs and i use them to create FB Accounts. Unnintencionalment i create accounts whit the same ID (Accident) this happend a few times and i think i just curious. My experience tellme yes, you can create at least two accounts whit the same ID.
This happend before the last actualization and new controls of verification.
