Hey fellows, how powerful is it to create multiple backlinks from one single domain comparing to backlinks from different domains?

I want to understand if it's worth it to publish multiple guest posts on the same website to increase backlink amount or is it better to look for new domains?

As i know, Google multiple backlinks from same domain considers as one.
 
You are better looking for as much separate hosting IP's as you can.
 
Based on all the comments here, is it really so bad to have more than 1 backlink from a domain?

Sometimes you get more than 1 link by accident - from a forum, or from a blog where your guest post appears in the category URL, etc. It shouldn't be as bad.
 
Google will not give you more credit for multiple links from the same domain, however having many thousands would potentially look spammy, though you are unlikely to receive a penalty for it.
 
You guys are really in the dark, are you? Multiple links, if from different Pages with related content, will help, Even if from the same domain. You Say you’d cry that you got two NBC links in two different articles? And no, they won’t be counted as 1.. Pages have authority of their own.. they will be of decretase strength but not counted as just one..
 
Few links from the same domain are okay, I suggest not make it multiple times and link only if it's necessary. And also make a link from a different domain, to keep the backlink profile natural.
 
Getting multiple links from a single domain will be considered as ONE.

Come on... everyone with any reasonable SEO experience knows that that's incorrect.

I'll never understand the motivation of people like you to post stuff that's so brazenly incorrect.
I mean you're not getting paid for your post, you don't even have a signature link so why do it?




To OP:
Multiple backlinks from a single domain has more value than a single backlink from the domain.
The value of the backlinks will cumulatively diminish, but it is greater than a single.
 
Depends on how large the site is.
Reddit for example or Twitter you can do a LOT.

Myowncrappywebsitewithnovisits.xyz -> would not be worth it - even with one.

So what was your question again?
