You can still create and manage multiple X accounts with a single proxy if you use a rotating proxy. It’s better to combine the proxy with an antidetect browser to separate each account environment.

That said, I don’t really recommend this setup anymore because X’s detection system has become much more advanced, and it can detect linked or multi-account behavior a lot easier now.

A lot of people underestimate how much device fingerprinting, behavior patterns and account quality matter now — not just the proxy itself.

Yes it's possible. With good proxies and anti detect browsers you can manage multiple Twitter accounts. However, group 3 to 5 accounts per proxy because if one of your IPs/proxies gets banned it will almost always restrict the rest of the accounts that were on that IP/proxy.
