Managing multiple twitter accounts with a proxy is still super possible. Just be real careful 'cause twitter's gotten way smarter about detecting fishy stuff, so picking a good, residential proxy is key

depends what you do with them. if its normal actions and posting no issue. if you start to use them for mass actions better take great proxies and don't stack multiple accounts on the same one
for basic management (posting, scrolling, occasional likes) you can run 3-4 accounts per proxy without issues. but once you go into automation territory - mass likes, follows, DMs - you need dedicated proxies for each account or you'll get them all nuked together
mobile proxies work best, residential second. datacenter proxies are asking for trouble unless you really know what you're doing with warmup and behavior patterns
also matters how you switch between accounts. use different browser profiles or the app's account switcher, don't just log out/in constantly from the same session

It's still possible, but you should avoid using free proxies and instead use a residential proxy or mobile proxy to emulate a real user, along with an anti-detection browser like AdsPower or GoLogin to create a clean environment for each account. Proxy is just one small piece of it. IP matters less than people think now. what really triggers flags is when the fingerprint and behavior looks shared or automated. Like switching accounts too quickly, or new accounts suddenly doing a lot of actions in a short time.
