It would take you like few hours, just dont make them via single ip and you will need 100 mails and around 50 sim cards

why not just buy 100?
yeah unless you're from a third country or making an account creation bot it's probably better to just buy them
you need a hundred phone numbers, 100 fingerprints, 100 IPs or stealthy android VMs/cheap phone

Simply buy accounts based on the description you want. Or hire a bunch of VA's to create it for you if you want fresh ones!
