Multiple accounts got permanently suspended without any reasons received from Reddit. Not even a single warning before they got banned.

The accounts have different IP, a mix of aged / non-aged, most have high karma and some have few. Also most of them were active but on different subs/categories and there were also inactive accounts which has no activity for several months. There are also accounts which are moderators of some subreddits.

Can't figure it out since those accounts that got suspended have differences on IP and/or activities.
Hope someone here could help.

Maybe you use same device/browser - size or anonymiser is same.

Maybe webRTC leaks IP

MAny variable. MAybe they know even you link layer of MAC and host IP.

What device were you using which was same across all accounts?

I am using multiple desktops. Most of the accounts were logged on Firefox and some were on Chrome.

me too get some of my accs banned around 10% from my accs

My opinion is that Reddit runs a script from time to time to see which accounts were created with low quality/data-center proxies. Use residential or best mobile and you will be golden :)

Same here , aged, new doesn matter . Using proxies of course, tried with multilogin, ghost browser , - after account gets to 70-80- karma ghosted
And get the new auto removal message on 60% of the posts , wonder if this triggers the bans

Aside from VPN's, proxies, and browser identifiers, could Reddit be banning via hardware ID?

Reddit admins recently posted about large-scale manipulation attempts and listed a whole bunch of accounts they were removing. Was a weird post. I think they posted like a week ago. As a result, they probably swept a lot of other accounts that matched some criteria.

Marketing accounts get caught in the crossfire whenever there is some political spamming. Same thing with FB. God, I hate politics. Makes life worse for everyone.

But I think it's the change of Redit, and Redit wants new to 2020, check posts on Redit to banned some unrelated posts with links.

Its definitely related to the quality of proxies you were using as other factors seems okay in your case.

It can be that the proxies you were using were classified as spam on some public databases few days ago and reddit used that to ban all your accounts related to those proxies, even the inactive ones. RIP!

That sicks to hear man.

Did you ever get to the bottom of why this happened?

And oh yeah, what did you use the accounts for?

Was it personal use?
