Multiple Account Anonymity - How can I do, easily?

I hope this is the right section.

I've been looking for a way to access a site from multiple IP's. Basically, I want to create multiple accounts on a site when only one is allowed. The site checks the IP, and I'm sure other things, to prevent multiple accounts being created. I know I can delete cookies, etc; not a problem.

So my first thoughts were to use proxies but it can't be anything easily detectable by the site. I don't know how to do this with proxies as they always show up when I check the IP on the 'check IP websites'.

I have HMA Pro but I'm not sure this will work as I checked an IP on a site (can't remember which one) when I was using it once and it came up as a proxy. I don't think HMA is going to help me on this occasion.

Is there an easy way to do this?

I'm in the UK and ideally I'd like the IP to show as if they are based in various UK cities. I've tried using the mobile broadband dongles as they give unique IP each time but they are almost identical and always in the same city. Very close to wear I live. I've tried this on 3 network and Vodafone.

I want to create 100+ accounts under fake details so I don't want the IP's to look similar or based in close proximity.

I'm probably not making any sense but if you get what I mean, some advise would save me a lot of time and a possible migraine . Please help a gal out.

Thanks!

What kind of accounts do you want to create? And why should proxies be easily detectable ? I have created thousands of twitter and hotmail accounts with public proxies and they are still active.
