Multiloginapp help - user error

So I'm doing something stupid with setup I'm sure, but nothing happens when I click the browser button in the app. I tried on 3 different machines (All different Windows OS), and an older version of the client, so I'm 100% sure I'm doing something dumb af.

I've scared support away I think, they have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

facts:
-I have chrome, opera, and firefox installed on my machines. None of them work with multiloginapp, but work fine on their own.
-Nothing happens when I click the button even without a proxy, so I know its not me typing in the proxy wrong.
-I've followed their install instructions on the website like 70 times, no luck.

...It's not a super complicated program so I have no idea whats else I can do.

Is the "name field important? Or is this just my label for the session?

Don't worry, you didn't scare customer support away. Your issue is very uncommon, actually we are seeing it for the first time. Currently we are preparing a very important software update, which is why our developers are busy until the next week and have little time to deal with rare and deeply technical issues.

We will send you privately version 1.3.10 today and additional troubleshooting instructions.

I need 1.4.6 privately sent to me so I can finish this bot. I emailed support and they ask if I am using it as if I should already have it? I wish this was all much more clear. I have wasted a lot of time going back and forth with support to just now find out that I need this version to be able to use selenium without a hitch. Please I really don't want to wait till tomorrow to get this going I have a developer that I am paying that is on standby now and can't move forward until this is sitauted.

No worries I can't even PM, I waited til' today and got it, your support does respond back, only problem is once I get a reply I have to wait till the next day to get a reply to my reply, unless were talking about a payment, then I can get 2 emails in one day, like I did today.I'm sure theirs a ton of support requests so it is what it is. Anyways really hoping to get some version of a bot working through the software as I am killing myself daily doing this stuff manually. Keeping an eye out for these updates in the future.

Glad this was sorted out. Our CS is indeed busy right now due to vacations times and newly hired people who are still learning, thus slow. This should improve rather soon.

Can I use free version for manage 10 IG accounts with diferent proxies? Does it leave some foodprint for IG?

no footprints it all done with 10 diffrent instances within the app.

Just so its out there this software is beastly in even in free mode, the paid plan is still worth every penny if your working at scale. Right now it seems I can automate the creation of the browser profiles programatically using their api, I can also automate the starting of the browser, but until it's updated it CANNOT automate any interactions with the browser such as scrolling/clicking/parsing (etc.)

I'll be as happy as a kid in the candy store once it can though

Free version has no advanced foodprint options, so im intresting is it dengerous to usr free ver for IG?

If you don't test it you won't ever know. I'm pretty confident you'll be golden on the free version as long as you are using residential proxies that are from REAL ISP'S.

Why not test it and report back?

Have you ever heard the terminology "Scared Money. Don't make money."

I personally used the free account yesterday to do a small test with my resi proxies and my russian/isralei gmails to get paid crypto instantly on Pay Per Call offers. I even told myself, shit I don't have to even pay these guys to make money. Got me a good proxy plug and I'm golden. But I'm thinking long term/sustainability. I'll test the shit out of whatever to have a viable solution.

If I can do that on the free account, I'm telling you that there is a very good chance that YOU WILL NOT have a single problem on instagram if you have good proxies.

I actually intially started on the free account, I think if you pay close attention to what is said in regards to the app you then realize the only real differences is the automation capabilities, limits on number of profiles, and having access to more user agents/builds, the latter only just increases the odds of always having an extremely low entropy, but even clicking that get fingerprint button once for each account on the free edition and all of the other factors that go into building your fingerprint your entropy will ensure you go undetected.

I can't say for sure what you need to do in your case. I may just got test this shit myself and sell access to IG account to broaden my horizons.

What site/sites are you trying to hit? You may just not be configuring your profiles correctly. I cant say for sure unless you show the config details on the sidebar take a screenshot of your settings and tell me the sites your trying to hit and I'll try to direct you as best I can.
