Yes..... in google chrome you can create multiple chrome users. you can use multiple chrome user accounts simultaneously and can use one fb account in each chrome user.

Yes you can login to multiple facebook ID from one computer. Just use Multiloginapp as @SnowMyLife said and use private proxy for every browser.

you can use mozila firefox. create as many firefox profiles you want to run facebook profiles. Each firefox profile ll work as a individual browser also add a proxy addon and assign a proxy to each firefox profile than run your facebook profiles.
