MOZ keyword explorer and e-commerce websites

I have found a niche with keywords having search volume between 100k-300k. MOZ Keyword explorer shows difficulty levels from 15-30. But when I went to look in on the first search page in Google, All I see is E-Commerce websites like Amazon, Flipkart (Biggest in India) and all other biggies. Can I rank higher than these websites trusting MOZ low difficulty scores?

Linking RDs To Root Domain is above 1000 but Linking RDs To Page is below 5

Bro if all are E-Com sites ... then i guess you can rank them pretty easily ....

As you have a targeted website(Niche-Specific) rather than a E-Com store who target nearly every Niche .....
