Moving to europe advise.

They won't encourage you and they will gladly take the money for you, but they won't be bothered to check your bank account for not paying your tax if the sum isn't big. You won't get on their radar if you don't go there asking whether or not you should pay taxes on IM.
Basically, SkyRocketSEO is right :) Our country increases it's law enforcement capabilities but it's light years behind the standards of EU. They won't be checking online income in the next 10 years.

P.S: 15$ Internet and i'm downloading with 10mbps which is super for meh :)

Google is a big company that has already gotten in trouble with the EU before, its not unlikely that they along with other big companies will be forced to give out tax information to the EU which forwards it to the tax authorities of the various EU nations. There is already enough tax exempt income schemes and lowered tax rate schemes in Bulgaria that you don't need to do tax evasion.

if you have family in all these places go stay with them all for a week or two and see which you like best? if you have technical skills you'll get a job in the UK easy. we're about to hire a Brazilian dude paying him 38K ($53,558) for PHP dev work

I'm Portuguese, but i live in Spain. A lot better oportunities to find work...

I recommend you Portugal, Scandinavia (especially Norway) or maybe Eastern Europe, though Eastern Europe is politically a bit unstable throughout history. Poland is quite nice and I could recommend that, though its tough for a foreigner. Maybe Austria, but not in the big cities.

Whatever you do, DO NOT go to Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Italy etc. You won't be happy there and it looks like things are going to become very ugly there. Also some people's argument it would be safe there and the income is higher are just short-sighted. First with all those "religious" (rather political) motivated immigrants and then the population against them, it is not safe there at all anymore. Second income may be higher, but living costs are much higher! You can't afford a good life with the medium income in those countries.

Regards

Poland is quite nice if you plan on living in one of the bigger cities like Warsaw,Krakow, or Wroclaw. All three are amazing cities but my favorite is Krakow. Lots of tourists there and you won't have a problem with communication in those cities. No terrorist attacks, low on violence unless you ask for it, and best of all; beautiful women. It's pretty cheap especially for someone who's into IM. Lots of top class restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs and other fun activities for a low price.

However, if I were in your shoes, I'd head over to Portugal first to see how it is there.

You are correct about the schemes part. I'm just stating that tax evasion is possible, as well as, the schemes you mentioned. I don't think that Bulgaria will ask for tax information companies like FB and Google in the next 5-10 years. Anyway, our tax rate is only 10% which is perfect for business.

RELIGIOUS? Where are you from ? Have you watched the news today? Politically unstable ?

I'm from Germany, from a city which has very soon more than 50% non-germans.
Where is the connection between what I stated about immigrants' motives to come to Europe and yesterday's news? Also I wrote "religious" (with quotes). Is it not the case?

And are you saying most of Eastern Europe is not politically unstable? Most states there are very young and fake (no de-jure justification).
Bulgaria (I guess you felt offended because you did not read clearly what I wrote) may be a partially exception to this, even though the real, historical Bulgaria was on the north-east coast of the black sea. But take for example all the states that were created after the fall of the UDSSR / CCCP, or states that were created and/or completely "remixed" by imperialistic governments after specific wars as buffer zones, some of them were then ruled by dictators etc.

Forget what they said. 99% never even travelled more than a few countries..personally I've been in 70% of europe and 40% of overall world in the last few 3 years.
That's where I would live and why:
If an entepreneur: Chile: great Landscapes, usa: great landscapes and the hearth of VCs and angel investors.
If an employee: Switzerland or Norway. norway has both avg salary 3k euros/month and great landscapes. Switzerland avg salary is 4keu/month but not as nearly great lansacapes. Quality of live in norway is also much higher. Aurora Borealis and misnight sun and chicks are also noteworthy.

all in all, if you want to be a programmer, go to norway and you wont regret it. The best place in europe for an employee.

Portugese passport? I'd try Spain, just to get OUT OF VENEZUELA. From there you can maneuver to other EU countries if you have a trade or skill that is marketable. Do you have contacts? How's your English? What other languages can you speak?
