You can't load money to PayPal from Paxum Mastercard

You may move money from Paxum to PayPal in tow different ways such as Paxum-> Bank-> PayPal and Paxum-> Master Card-> PayPal.

As far as I know only if you use some service .. but there's not much and most of them are not safe

You can always look for a guy who would do currency exchanges.
but try to find a good reputed guy.
there are lots of scammers in this field.
