Damn, in flippa I don't see much of sellers telling about this issue. Are you sure about this ?
Usually when you sell in Flippa, the website has been curated a lot, and has traffic, Google also knows about this. There's a chance for rejection still.
Not really I was about to buy 200$ adsense approved website, but later he sold some one in his own country. Had zero traffic was just adsense approved. Flippa has tons of sellers selling just adsense approved sites with zero traffic(approx- i.e less then 1k visiitors per month) till date and there numbers have increased drastically.
Adsense country or account type that is business can't be changed once its made(If you want to change then you might have to create new account) this is there general guideline.(To my knowledge ) if some one knows better they can always correct me.
Well I wasn't able to find even one seller selling zero traffic AdSense approved website for 220$ less.
