Movie Website

Hello, i want to make a movie website, where users can download all type of movies, but in order to do that, they must complete a cpa offer. I'm currently using CPABuild, but i don't get one thing, how can i put the offers that are here - https://prnt.sc/11tab4k into a content locker, and after the complete the offer to redirect them to the download page (landing page) of the specific movie.. i don't know if anything that i said makes sense, but hopefully someone understand what i mean. I see a lot of people that are getting leads from one single offer and i don't understand how they do that. If i want to build a content locker, they show me random offers, not the one I specifically want. If someone can clarify these things, it would be highly appreciated. Thank you!
