I'm not a VPS Seller but make sure that if you buy the VPS Server that it's offshore and ignores dmca. Else you are running into some copyright problems.

For movie niche I recommend blueangelhost ddos protected vpses or dedicated servers because movie sharing is illegal and they ignore dmca. Also, you'll probably get ddosed a lot because the movie industry doesn't like people sharing movies and they hire people to ddos movie sharing sites.
