I guess most people who were able to provide it before the June update are still able to do it.
The only difference is at a much higher price.
1. To get the same results as before you need about 2-3 times more accounts due to the new limits.
2. The provider needs to use more expensive proxies, the times where you could run hundreds or thousands of accounts on cheap ipv6 proxies are over I think.
So I think for the same results as before the June update the price will be around 3 times higher now. For most people, this will be too expensive so it doesn't make sense to offer this service anymore.
