Does anyone know how to effectively make 10+ "spam" Instagram accounts for "motherslaving" approach on Instagram?

I am strugging to get the accounts made, verified and secured.

I could use help with phone numbers for verification and what Instagram is tracking when a new account is made.

Not that I know of.

Great service the guy runs, just hard to scale to more clients
 
When you only need 10+ accounts you can easily create your own accounts:
1. Take your mobile Phone and turn on Hotspot
2. Connect your PC to the Hotspot
3. Make your Accounts
---------------------
Note: After every Account change:
1. IP adress (Flightmode on and off)
2. User Agent
3. Delete cache

i think i saw some other services like this in the market here...
