Most Trusted Web Hosting Affiliate Program?

Hey Guys,

Now I'm ready to go into promoting a web hosting company using the free website method.

Here's the dilemma. It seems that there are a ton of shady non-paying and commission shaving hosts out there. Initially I would of loved to use Hostgator or Justhost as they have a pretty good service, but after reading many forums this shadiness seems to be the case even when going through places such as Commission Junction.

So Now I need so good advice based on past experiences of what program would be the best to use. Hope this thread can be useful for other members too.

*To note id like to stick with a affiliate program to make things less complicated and straightforward.

Possible Solutions:

Stick with Hostgator or Justhost ( Take the Risk)

Bluehost.com (Haven't heard anything bad yet)

ResellerZoom (Hosting reseller)

I've had good luck with this method using both JustHost and FatCow. Both pay about $100-$110 per sign up and I've never had any trouble getting paid through CJ. The bigger issue that I've encountered with this method is getting the conversions. I'm going well for the most part but I do feel like I'm spending too much time trying to get the purchase. Something tells me I could be making more money and spending less time on getting the sale. Nevertheless, I can't say I'm unhappy with the results overall. Good luck!

What's the risk with hostgator, I got paid by them no probs

The best way to do this is with a reseller account.
You get paid on the spot you can sell domain names and SSL's.
You also have the ability to offer more services to YOUR client while building
a list.

Take a look at midphase.com it is the best reseller around.
You will have your own hosting business and take it from there.
Waiting for a commission from hosting is hell.
Having your own hosting label is profitable.

well I had trouble with hostgator services. we had an autoblogging program on my site , had built up 250K pages of content and hg just wiped it out. no explanation , no warning. so be careful . I am still looking for a good host or several cheap host allows the ability to install cron jobs. Have looked at hostingmatters.com but dont know them
if I were selling the services , I would go with GoDaddy because of the name recognition...and that good look girl . dont know what they pay but would be a good start.

anyone know where I can get a search function for wordpress that will"search" for the best host ? put that on the site with links to all the hosting cpa deals and you are good to go .
