Ah, good old U.K!
You know there’s a thing where the mega wealthy own their “primary address” on a specific cruise ship, and it stays in a country’s waters for no more than 6 months!
That way, they don’t have a citizenship in any country, and as a result are never taxed!
Or at least, that’s in theory
