What would be the most efficient way to get a list of user profile urls? I mean on a large scale- constantly running. Is it possible to target location like USA only?

With a capable tool/scraper. You can't really scrape by location though, unless someone is sharing his/her location in the bio, posts or stories.

$19 bucks what a time to be alive. Only thing is not sure where to get username lists.... this is exactly what was looking for on the other side though. Do you think this will get blocked? I dont see proxy area.
