Hello BHW,

The title says pretty much what I wanted, sometimes siteprice dot org goes crazy and give me some unrealistic prices for domains I know doesn't worth that much. There is anything more accurate out there?

Most people talk about estibot.com but at the end of day a domain could be worth more to one person then another

The value of a domain depends on the buyer. Bots are just one perspective out of many when valuing a domain.

I have limited experience, but you should evaluate the different tools and then decide on a figure of what it would be worth for you. Your gut is needed here for sure.

All automated site valuation tools are not accurate. Its better to get a real human website valuer (Like empire flippers) to do the assessment for you.

I use estibot myself. I feel like it is the most reliable domain appraisal tool. It takes many things into account. Such as the keyword search popularity, cpc price, if its a tld, the traffic to the site, etc. It seems pretty reliable. But from my experience when you sell a website on flippa unless you have a bidding war it is not for it to sell a little bit bellow the appraised value. But that could just be me.
