More than 3 adsense ads in one page?

You can have 3 Adsense banner units, 2 AdSense link ads and 2 CSE per page. It is also allowed to use more than one publishers per one page, but placing too many is never too good.
If you use other publishers on the same page, they have to be visually different than Adsense units.

This is true. With DFP you can put up to 8 Adsense ads.

Use google partners program you can have more than 3.
