Monitor an instagram account

Hello
I am looking for a tool that lets me monitor someone's Instagram account without installing something on the phone or knowing their password.

Just to see when they upload a picture and see what pictures the account likes and comments.

Any idea if this exists?

Well, if the program works it is not that important whether if it is free or paid. As long as it works properly and not to expensive

on your ig app click the heart icon then click on following it'll show you what the accounts you're following is doing (liking, commenting, following)

Then you have to watch it, scroll it and it takes a long time. I am completely aware of this. But this is not what I am asking for
