Monitor an instagram account

I am looking for a tool that lets me monitor someone's Instagram account without installing something on the phone or knowing their password.

Just to see when they upload a picture and see what pictures the account likes and comments.

Any idea if this exists?

Well, if the program works it is not that important whether if it is free or paid. As long as it works properly and not to expensive

Then you have to watch it, scroll it and it takes a long time. I am completely aware of this. But this is not what I am asking for
