You have a money site. You spend time and money to make it good with quality content etc.

You have a pbn.

Your PBN Gets discovered.

What happans tomorrow? .
Do you lose all your hard work with your money site. Or
do you just take a hit from losing the Juice but you can recover over a period of time.

if you face manual review you will lose whole network of pbns + moneysite

Have you had this happen or are you asking a hypothetical question?

Once a PBN goes from being private to public, you've lost it.
Your money site might not be gone for good however.

I am asking a hypothetical question..
I do have a money site which i am putting a lot of effort into. I do have have pbn for it.
and i am debating if i should have one or not. So was trying too access the risks and rewards.

What's the money site ranking like without the PBN ? What's the prospect of it getting top 3 or top 10 without PBN?

Its still being worked on.
At the moment not doing too well. Which is why i was looking at the pbn. But the site is not fully running and wont be for another few months.

So get the onpage as near to perfection as you can, let the pages get indexed, then so a little off page, but don't rush into a full blown PBN from week 1.

What do you mean a little off page?

I would not say that once your PBN is discovered you are done. Whether your PBN is discovered or isn't, manual review may arrive at any given time, considering you can't hide your PBN from Google itself obviously. The fact that your PBN is revealed to everyone, it only makes it more sensitive for attacks, but that's about it.

pbn's are safe, as long as you go with a good pbn dedicated host.

Your hard work is never lost, google doesn't ban content, just the domain. If you get discovered, trash all domains and copy the content to a new domain. You will have to rebuild your pbn, which really means just get some fresh domains and set them up again

agree, but he has to deindex old domain before putting exactly same content on new domain. or set canonical. or 301. but i had bad luck with 301 from banned domains

Do you just post on this section all day with no knowledge?

I've faced manual reviews multiple times and lost single/a few domains from my PBN network. You will not loose your entire network(unless you have a big footprint). Your moneysite also is very rarely harmed.

What? If they report you for having a pbn you will face manual review which will get everything down because they already know you are using a pbn. If you got some domains alive maybe they were not sure if thats one person.

The rest of manual reviews are not for links but for thin content etc

Oh so you are assuming a competitor discovers your entire PBN and reports each and every domain in your entire network? In that case yes every PBN domain reported would be taken down - rarely again does the moneysite get penalized though, unless its blatantly obvious.

If you get a manual penalty because of the PBNs, you can clean that up. Remove the links from the PBN and submit a new disavow and reconsideration request.

You won't lose your money site, but it will be without link equity. So you'll maintain the content you worked hard on, but it won't rank as well and you'll need to build your link equity/authority up.

This is why I don't recommend PBN links as T1 unless you're doing churn and burn.

I figure the revenue youll make with a PBN far outstrips what you can make without one even with posibility of manual action and short longevity, whos to say search will stay the same in 5-10 years and even if you dont use a pbn youll still have your site, googles already cutting into search with its own results and more paid ads, what if in 5 years voice takes over and your super clean slow ranking site is still worth nothing. Just keep your pbn clean then for me its worth the risk.
