Hey I was just interested as I am just getting into Facebook marketing for my sites.

Is anyone seeing really good results from promoting their own websites and/or products through Facebook? Or successfully capturing viral leads which are converting into some serious $$?

Others have said using facebook ads doesn't work very well. Some have used fan pages to direct people off site to their blog via status updates. I think this could work well if you have a large enough fan page.
 
Cool ok, what would you think about capturing leads on a facebook business page which are sent from your fan page? Do you think it would convert better then sending it to a blog?

it never hurts to give it a shot. theres an ebook somewhere in the download section on this type of facebook marketing, the author claimed that he was making $500/day via paypal.

Look into Fbook connect http://www.facebook.com/advertising/?connect

Ive ran plenty of ads along side facebook with small results. But connecting my sites via this method is huge.
