Money Making Idea # 2 - I have some question tho

So, I started to think. What can I do on the internet?
The answer to this question is: I can use netlog. It's basically a social network, mainly used by europeople.
So I was thinking of using my netlog skills to make moneys. I understand there are websites out there that pay you up to 1$ each time a user signs up throu your affiliate link.
My question is, does anybody know/use, a decent one? One that offers instant payouts via paypal for example

I suggest that you start earning money with ppc.It`s really useful and really easy to learn and implement also.
