Perhaps you can contact Facebook customer service directly to find out why your account funds are frozen and take corresponding measures according to the prompts.

You must note the amount of money that Facebook temporarily holds, so that you can compare it with the bank if Facebook does not refund

Have you violated any of Facebook's policies? Because Facebook doesn't normally hold up any amount of money; unless you've spent it on ads.

I always pay in full, however, we don't want our money sitting around doing nothing. My money has to work.

Usually they will refund after about 1 to 2 weeks.
