the hold is $1, however the bigger issue is when i get a hold of $10-15 or more like $250. that sucks if you don't have a budget

How long has it been since your payment? Normally it will be refunded after 3-5 days. If it takes longer, please contact the bank directly and provide an invoice for resolution.
