I can generate as much traffic as I want but don't know how to Monetize it?

"Generate" traffic? You mean bots?

If it's real traffic it all depends on the niche. Care to share it? (or at least broad market)

To monetize your website/blog traffic, I think Similarweb will helps you out. This tool helps to show the traffic density from various regions as much as your website covers.

I can generate it for any niche. Let's say yoga or weight loss or WordPress or anything else.

It's just a analytic tool how come it will help make money?

Well if it is general real human traffic, then perhaps you can start with the simplest form of doing PPC with Adsense. 1 click 1 pay, but of course they will also factor other things in like conversion, validity of your click, etc, when awarding how much you get from that click. If your traffic is from USA, that's the highest paid PPC traffic, and you can be sure to make some good money off USA traffic.

And how do I set up this? I mean black page with Ad's?

You will need to create site and publish original articles(not copy pasted, you could try spinning or rewrting) otherwise adsense knows to be strict regarding approval or even banning account later on. There is no minimum traffic required but it would be nice to wait at least two weeks even more if possible which is not a rule but adsense basicaly don't like sites made for adsense...
Later on you can apply for revcontent or content.ad, they don't care about content but there is minimum traffic required. If you gonna monetize with adsense, make a small research about which niche you need to start with(health, sport, beauty products etc etc) depending on your audience, it is important because it will reflect on your CPC.
Or another way to monetize your traffic is to rent slots/sell shoutouts depending if you have facebook fan page/instagram/pinterest accounts with a lot of followers.
BTW, don't get me wrong, you can generate limitless traffic but you don't know how to monetize it ? It is unusual because most of the people working with IM are having problem with traffic not how to monetize :D
Good luck mate

Since you want general answer here is a list of methods I personally done.

Your own product/service. (duh!)

CPS (cost per sale)
You become affiliate of 3rd party product and get paid each a % commission each time someone buys that product.

Resources:
https://affiliate-program.amazon.com
https://clickbank.com

CPA (cost per acquisition)
Same as above only the point of conversion varies. It can be ZIP submit, email submit, credit card submit, credit card + shipping (most free trials)

Ad Space Renting
You allow people to display ads on your website. You get paid either for click or you rent the space for a fixed sum.

Resources:
https://adsense.com

CPM (Cost Per Thousand Impressions)
You get paid for simply displaying ads. More people see the ads, more you get paid.

Brand Deals
Similar to affiliate marketing only this time you are being paid (usually a fixed sum) for promoting product(s) of a specific company. You also get to try the product for free... w00t

Direct Deals:
Similar to brand deal /affiliate stuff. The difference is that you are not going through a network but direct.

Pay Per Lead
You get paid when you send leads (potential customers) to a company. Usual type of leads are email and call leads.

Hope this helps.

Website monetization is the process of converting existing traffic being sent to a particular website into revenue.
