monetizing this fb page?

Hello everyone,
I have a football memes fb page with around 500k likes that im trying to monetize. these are all organic likes from various countries.
when i post something i can get anywhere from 8k-20k depending on which team the post is about and such.
I'm thinking of makimg a website and monetizing with adsense, problem is i can't seem to find a reason as to why my fans would visit in the first place, like whats in it for them, since if i make the website about memes they can just check the memes that are already on my page.

so if you were a football fan following a meme page what would encourage you to visit their website? should i make the website about memes or something different than my page?

maybe related videos would give them incentive to visit, you could use images to let them know full videos are available on your site

@chakde said it best.. the FB page he mentioned is what you need to do. the owner of that page creates post that their users can click on which takes them to the site where the full article is. On the site you can put ad sense , native ads, even cpa offers. Just make if you put ads from different companies thievery complies with each other

What about the page members? Where are they from? It depends.

using images to let them know videos are up on my site could work although i post videos on my fb page too so im not sure how much of an incentive it will be. thanks

they're from various countries like, usa, uk, canada, india, arab countries too. the country with highest % of fans is india though

I'm going to talk about American football here, your page might be about European football, but I think this relates to most sports.

I'm a die-hard NFL fan, and as much as I hate to give you this info (only because I hate those types of sites) I belong to a number of groups where people eat this "BREAKING: Article Here" type shit up. All it is is curated bullshit that most die-hards know already, but the click and share crowd who get their "news" through memes fall for it every time.

People who follow reputable pages get their info, a day later it starts showing up on the lower rung media sites with bait-ish titles, but not quite full blown yet. By the end of the week, it's full-on "OMG SHOCKING, YOU WON'T BELIEVE" articles that I see floating around the groups. They annoy the shit out of me personally as a fan, but as a marketer, I get it.

Honestly, I'd like to have a populated NFL group myself (way more action in the groups), just so that I could invite the right idiots to the group and let them share away.
