I've been reading how some sites like 9gag gets paid around 100$ for every 100k visitors, so CPM is 1$ and they have around 10 of those ads on single article, so their total CPM is 10$?

Could we do something like them and put 10 CPM ads and get 10$ CPM? My traffic is mainly us in entertaining niche so I guess 10$ per 1000 on ads is reasonable, right?

Am pretty new to blogging and would appriciate if you could link to some website monetization methods like pop up ads etc.
Could you suggest some CPM networks you've had a good experience with.

I suggest you to go with Affiliate marketing if you have some experience in it. AdSense will also works great but I always suggest to have a plan B for your website. AdSense will suspend your account if you violate their single terms.

look for some affiliates regarding your niche, or list some amazon items and promote them on your blog

I'd use Adsense platform , you can try other affiliate sites as well

There are many other monetization methods except for adsense.

Well if you are unsure as to which monetization technique you should use, then you should definitely go for Adsense. With that amount of traffic, I'm sure you'll make a decent income from Adsense clicks. Just make sure that you don't get click bombed or click fraud, as that will simply make your Adsense income negated in the process. If you have high USA traffic - Adsense would help you make even more money. Furthermore, Adsense's model is simple - 1 click = $$, but make sure that the traffic you send also help you navigate around the advertiser's website, otherwise it is considered as invalid traffic/click.

He never said how much traffic he got.

@NikoNikic - how many unique visitors do you get a month and what types of monetization methods have you tried thus far?

Why not create a space for subscribers in your blog with that you can get hold of their emails and that can really help you, if u use that for email marketing...
